At Narpavi Honey, we are committed to providing you with the best quality products and service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

  1. Returns
    • Due to the perishable nature of honey and ghee, returns are not accepted.
    • Replacements will be provided if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
  2. Replacement
    • If the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect replacemnt will be made and the product will be delivered in 8 to 10 days in the respective address.
    • Refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days in the original payment method.
    • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with image or video proof.
    • Replacement will be sent free of cost.
  3. Shipping Policy
    • All the products are shipped and delivered in 8 to 10 days.
  4. Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  5. Refunds
    • Refunds are issued only if:
      • The order is canceled before dispatch.
      • The product is out of stock.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
